Job Title: Sales Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our travel company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages, products, and services to clients.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, a deep knowledge of the travel industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sell travel packages, products, and services to clients
- Respond to inquiries from clients regarding travel products and services
- Collaborate with clients to plan and customize travel itineraries
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the travel industry
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Up to 5 years of experience in sales in the travel industry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a deep knowledge of the travel industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales software
