Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) – We are an engineering consulting company, whose focus has been on rendering the following services: Technical Training, Recruitment of technical Personnel, Outsourcing of Technical Personnel, and rendering engineering consulting services to the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, engineering services, Hospitality Industry, etc.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Duties
- Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the right candidate for employment purposes.
- Develop, regularly update and maintain the recruitment/outsourcing database
- Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company
- Maintain all hard and soft files of employees’ record
- Performing administrative tasks
- Updating job requirements when needed.
Job Requirements
- HND, B.Sc / MSC in relevant disciplines
- Appropriate professional qualification will be an added advantage
- 2-4 years of experience in a consulting company
- Must have experience in outsourcing services.
