About The Role

• We are looking for intelligent and resourceful individuals to join our logistics team full-time.
• You will be working alongside a very experienced, passionate, and diverse team.

This Role Involves:

• Reaching out, building, and maintaining relationships with last-mile partners (delivery companies).
• Hiring, training & managing dispatch riders on a day-to-day basis.
• Weekly onboarding sessions and training with riders.
• Supervising & providing support to ensure deliveries are quick and successful.
• Ensuring availability of riders and partners at all times.

• Ensuring riders and bikes are in perfect working condition before operating hours (including relevant documents/permits, protective wear,

  and uniforms)

• Compiling daily and weekly reports to ensure growth and lower complaints.
• Encouraging & motivating riders while ensuring feedback is brought to management for rider welfare & department improvements.
• Staying up to date and keeping up with industry trends, requirements, innovations, etc.

Preferred Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
• 2 – 5+ years experience in logistics operations management.
• Good team player/ leader
• Up-to-date knowledge of current government legislation for dispatch riders/companies.
• Must be very familiar with Lagos roads (Google Maps, Unmapped directions, etc)
• Technology savvy and experience with Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and more.
• Must be a smart problem solver
• High level of attention to detail
• High level of integrity & honesty.
