We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Alaba International, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification
- Should have 3-5 years experience in the same role.
- Must be a Visionary leadership.
- Must be able to think Strategically.
- Must have Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Must have the ability to build a team & should also possess relevant interpersonal skills.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
