Details of LPG Company.
- Must hold a B.Sc/ HND in Accounting or any related discipline with a minimum of 7 years experience. The candidate must be a young energetic manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work with minimal supervision.
- Understand the difference between a cost and a profit centre, as well as how to creatively increase revenue, cash flow and company profit.
- Understands the management of company financials: P&L, Cash flow and Balance sheet.
- A good people manager. Looking for a leader NOT A BOSS that is empathetic towards others yet firm, and can make difficult decisions.
- Experience managing at least 10-people who may be older than them.
- Experience working across departments including logistics, sales & marketing, and operations.
- Experience in LPG business and logistics interfacing with LPG depot operators is an added advantage.
- Finally, the manager must be a lady.
