We are an indigenously owned delivery company, with a network of delivery partners, aimed at solving last mile deliveries while considering price & time.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
- To attend to all inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure timely responses to all delivery requests.
- Proffer quick solutions to all complaints & escalate where necessary.
- Active involvement in process initiatives.
Qualification
- Education: BSc / HND
- Experience : 0 – 1 year
- You are allowed to work from home
Added Advantage:
- Excellent use of English language (oral & written)
- The ability to multi-task & work under pressure.
- Be a fast learner.
