TeamAce Limited – Our client, an Engineering Company in the Manufacturing Industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Shift Technician – Operations
Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Ensure that maintenance procedures, spare lists/inventory, preventive maintenance plans, etc. are updated with the procurement/write-off of equipment.
- Ensure that any spare parts required to service and/or repair machinery and ancillaries are always ordered and in stock, both for existing and new machinery.
- Compile shift handover and follow up on a daily basis on all the repairs carried out during the last 24 hours.
- Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments in finding ways to improve processes and increase machine reliability and performance.
- Respond to and diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolve issues, and action repairs.
- Analyze data to find solutions to improve MHE performance, providing reports where necessary.
- Carrying out planned maintenance across the site in an accurate, timely, and safe manner ensuring maintenance procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum of ND / HND B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 4 years working experience in a similar Industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
