Job Title: Procurement Analyst
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: NRS
Duration: 6 months renewable

Duties
- Assist in conducting supply market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their products and services, and provide analysis as may be necessary to conduct efficient procurement.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
- Assist in managing procurement activities including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and clear records and documentation related to procurement activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement activities align with project objectives and goals.
- Ensure on-time delivery, challenge non-compliance in areas of responsibility, purchase order monitoring and updating.
- Monitor and track daily/weekly supplier deliveries by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing monthly supply chain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as may be required.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a reporting system that measures the contribution of the procurement processes.
- Promote excellent customer service; identify, review, and implement strategies to improve service, quality, and efficiency.
- Assist in facilitating and coordinating best procurement practice, tendering and contracting.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
