We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Grade: Relationship Officer
Job Description
- Win new business from clients and manage relationships with clients to grow the existing business.
- Resolves or treats customer’s issues/requests promptly.
- Work with Head of Department (HOD) to develop/upsell existing business to clients, and identify and pursue new business opportunities for Payarena Value Added Services.
- Collation of tasks from internal and external ca+F34+F34 documentation and ensure they align with new business objectives and regulatory directives.
- Provide support for all other departmental activities/tasks as may be required by the HOD.A12
Qualifications
- A minimum of B.Sc / HND or BA in any Management Science / Social Science related course
- Discipline preferably in Business Administration and Marketing.
- 0 – 4 years experience
- Technical knowledge in selling service-oriented products/solutions.
Salary
- N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
