Rossland Group since the year 2000 provides market research and management consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors. In 2013, it expanded the scope of its services to include professional background screening and business brokerage. In 2015 and 2016, it added Franchise consulting and recruiting respectively.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Restaurant Cook
Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Prepare awesome meals for our customers.
- Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
- Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Check food and ingredients for freshness.
- Arrange and garnish dishes.
- Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned.
- Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
- Wow, our guests with amazing dishes.
Requirements
- FSLC / OND qualification with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
- Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
- Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.
- Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
